Delete your account & data
This page explains how to delete your MuslimahFirst account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the MuslimahFirst app (developer: Ibis Labs).
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open MuslimahFirst and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and profile are permanently removed.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you:
Please include the email address you registered with. We action verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted

What may be retained
Limited records may be kept only where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, records of abuse reports or transactions), and only for as long as the law requires. Retained records are not used to contact you and are deleted when no longer needed.
